Ever since MalwareBytes found an infected file and tried to remove it, The MalwareBytes program tries to start when Windows 7 64-bit starts. When MalwareBytes found the afore mentioned infected file, I got a message stating that the file cound NOT be removed, then asked me if it should run the program at system startup to remove the infected file. I chose YES! I figured it would only run once, not every time from now until eternity!!! Is there anyway to stop this? I tried looking at the "Startup" Menu, and there is no reference to MalwareBytes listed.

I think this may be the error you're referring to. Please try this and let me know. It is already fixed and will be out in the next version coming soon.
