Question, How can I stop this insidious beast?

I can keep him under control by disableing the malware found below.
But he is hiding in a boot sector somewhere and re installs.

I've wiped and reformatted the drive but he comes back.

I use deep freeze to keep my system running but how do I
keep this Network Adapter from installing?

I imagine the USB Imaging device
is taking images of my system and sending them to Russia where
they look at my system and figure out how to work around
what I have installed.

The controller, Raid, and USB below are all malware.
If I uninstall them, they come right back.
Any ideas?
