In 'Protection' there is an option to 'Check for updates automatically at..'. Another othion should be 'Check for updates automatically when the program starts'.
That way you have always the available updates at the earliest possible times. You could, theoretically, become infected between the time you start your system and the time to set your auto update.

Maybe the Check for Updates every x hours would be better. I know the feature you mentioned is in RogueRemover and a lot of people were unhappy with it.

I think this is by far the better option, especially if you leave your computer on around the clock. I would also like to see a feature where you can set the scans to daily, weekly, monthly, etc.

I feel every x hours is a much better option, the idea is good. however i have rogueremover pro and that has the option to check for updates and ive had trouble with it. And people like myself who rarley reboot.
