juts updated through internal updater to version 1.0.9
Kaspersky Antivirus 7.0 detected it as "riskware:Trojan.Generic"
I had to add it to trusted zone.

I'm sure this is a false positive detection

Can you please report Kaspersky Team about this false positive?

Thank you very much

my best regards

hello

for the passed few weeks i'v not been using comodo v3 i went back to comodo v2.4
so i could try threat fire i ran it with avria antivir pe classic and mbam 1.08 and
comodo v2.4 thay ran ok together but had a few problems with threat fire and
uninstalled it and just ran comodo v2.4 and avria and mbam 1.08

so a new version of comodo comes out version 3.0.20.320 a few days ago so i uninstalled
comodo v2.4 and installed comodo v3.0.20.320 and sometimes i would get a error in my
event viewer about mbam driver unloading failed i'v even tryed to make mbam a trusted
app. in defense+

now i uninstalled mban 1.08 and installed mbam 1.09 with no problems and i sure like
the new icon :)

but now i'm getting two errors in the event viewer and sometimes after i restart
the pc i can't open the event viewer no error just can't open it

1: source:mbamservice type:error event id: 1
The description for Event ID ( 1 ) in Source ( MBAMService ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: MBAMService, Error: MBAM driver unloading failed.

2: source:mbamtrayctrl type:error event id: 1
The description for Event ID ( 1 ) in Source ( MBAMTrayCtrl ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: MBAMTrayCtrl, Win32 Error: OpenSCManager failed with error 0x45b (1115).

so now i'v turned off mbam and started superantispyware pro v4.0.1154 and everything
is ok again there is just something that comodo v3 doin't like about mbam but comodo
version 2.4 works ok with mbam and if i was to say something about it in comodos forum
i doin't think it would do any good as most of the help there comes from users not from
comodo and i'm sure if i uninstalled comodo v3 and installed comodo v2.4 everything
would work ok with mbam again

thanks ;)

well after running with comodo v3.0.20.320 and superantispyware and with out superantispyware
still sometimes after a restart of my pc i sometimes could not open the event viewer and
sometimes as my pc was restarting i would not get the blue screen that says windows is saving
my settings it would have a black screen with the little square saying it was saving my settings
so i'v uninstalled comodo v3 and went back to comodo v2.4 and all is working again and i'm running
mbam but one time i got the error in my event viewer about mbam driver unloading failed after like
6 or 7 restarts and i can open my event viewer everytime again

thanks ;)
