Are you sure the user downloaded a NEW version and does not have a previous version?
I know that there were similar runtime issues before but they were corrected the same day when last reported.
Possible that on some systems there is a new runtime issue, but might want to double check with that user to make sure.

I do. :P

I tend to stick to smaller ones, apart from WTT and MRU, it's usually by request.

Just an FYI RD, but this same guy had ran Vundofix which listed over 3000 .dll's, probably all of them, as infected. Atribune has had a look at that, and thinks it may be down to an asian os but he hasnt seen it before.
Not sure if that is relevant.

It could be. However we added Unicode support a long time ago. Will keep that in mind.
