Now that avast 4.8 & avg 8.0 include anti-spyware....

my understanding is that their new anti-"spyware" protection is resident...
(and avast also includes anti-rootkit)

are there any concerns about these "upgrades" interfering/conflicting with MBAM resident?

I'm running avast which I believe it is better AV IMO.
No problems here with MBAM.
