The first time it started it self.After the reboot required in the installation.But after another reboot it didnt start.I need to manually click it to start

What operating system version are you using (ie XP, Vista, 7) and what anti-virus software do you have installed?

Im using vista 32-bit

Please open Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and click on the Protection tab and make sure that there is a check next to Start protection module with Windows. and if there isn't, check it, then restart your computer. If that doesn't solve it then please do the following:

Configure a Service in Windows Vista and Windows 7:

• Click on the Start button and type services.msc and press Enter
  
• Click Continue at the User Account Control prompt
  
• Once the Services window opens, scroll down the list until you find MBAMService and double click on it
  
• Click on the drop down menu next to Startup Type and select Automatic (Delayed Start)
  
• Click the Apply button and click on Ok
  
• Close the Services control panel

This is the default startup type for the service to avoid conflicts with anti-virus software. It will take a little while to start up. If you wish it to startup faster, then configure the service to Automatic instead of Automatic (Delayed Start) and it will run much more quickly after you log in to Windows.
