Maybe not a question about the BETA, but for me related to BETA testing. Can I use the same licence on the same PC with host OS Vista, in a VM with a guest OS XP ?

Yes you can, the Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware license is for 1 PC and I do not believe there is any restriction with regards to use in VM's on that same PC.

As long as it's a home machine and not a business, government, educational system and the VM is used and accessible only from that same physical machine.
