Hello, mark5019
I have removed your ID and key from your post above.
Try uninstalling MBAM.
Be sure to right click on icon in systray and select Exit to shut down realtime protection driver.
Then uninstall MBAM from Add and Remove programs.
Download a new copy of MBAM from here and reinstall.
Under Protection tab be sure that Start with Windows is checked under General setting: and then enable realtime protection.

what were those keys?
Those were your ID and key to enable paid version.
You will find that info in the About tab.
