Problem with webpages

Recommended Posts

That web page contains a lot of graphics and may take a little while to load if you are not on a fast connection. The buttons at the top of the page will load first. Then there may be a slight delay. Then the rest of the page should load.

Try leaving the web page open for a few minutes and see if it loads up then.

It could also be due to your hosts file or other ad-blocker software that is blocking it.

If this is XP try the following. If it's Vista or Windows 7 you'll need to Start CMD.EXE with Run as administrator and then run the commands.

Click on START - RUN and copy / paste the entry below into the run line and click OK

CMD /C NETSH FIREWALL RESET

Click on START - RUN and copy / paste the entry below into the run line and click OK

CMD /C NETSH int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt

Click on START - RUN and copy / paste the entry below into the run line and click OK

CMD /C netsh winsock reset catalog

I may be wrong, but if other browsers will not show the whole page as well, it leads me to believe that you may be on a slow connection and you may not be allowing enough time for the page to load fully.

Please try leaving the page open for about 15 minutes and see if it loads fully then.

i wait 15 but its like before.. my conection is 100Mb/s

Well, both myself and also one of the forum's top PC experts have had a look at your hosts file and Autoruns log. And neither of us can see anything that could be an obvious source of the problem.

However, your Autoruns log does show signs of a possible previous or maybe current malware infection.

Also, your Autoruns log shows that you have the P2P software uTorrent installed. It is the policy of this forum that we are not supposed to give advice to people who use P2P software, like uTorrent, unless they uninstall it first.

Please be warned that using P2P software carries a high risk of malware infection as well as the possibility of breaching numerous copyright related laws.

I would suggest that you have your computer checked for malware in the HJT forum.

To do this, please uninstall uTorrent, and follow the directions below.

Please print out, read and follow the directions here, skipping any steps you are unable to complete. Then post a NEW topic here.

One of the expert helpers there will give you one-on-one assistance when one becomes available.

After posting your new post make sure under options that you select Track this topic and choose one of the Email options so that you're alerted when someone has replied to your post.

Alternatively, as a paying customer, you can contact the help desk at support@malwarebytes.org
