Do you have a information FAQ like page for people to find out why their site is blocked?

I sometimes find sites that are blocked while providing help to my clients.
I am a WordPress plugin author and while providing support I sometimes find the clients' site is blocked.

They probably do not know and I would like to tell them...
so I was hoping you have a page like "Why is my site blocked by malwarebytes"?
Then I would send them a link to it.

If you do not have a page for this, I would like to suggest it.
thanks

Hi MikeRepairsComputers,

Here is the link of some information about the IP Protection module:

You may especially read the part "I received a notification on a safe site, why?" in the post at the link above.

If you find any false positives with the new module, please kindly create a new post in this False Positives forum with the IP address as the title. Also, please indicate what you were attempting to do on the site so that we can reproduce it.
The quote above comes from the pinned post in the False Positives forum. The corresponding staff of Malwarebytes will explain whether it is a false positive as soon as possible if you post the IP in question at the False Positives forum.

Please post back if you have further questions.
Thank you.
Regards,

Tony.
