Malwarebytes unable to run

Help !

A Malware has hijacked my computer and will not let me open or run Malwarebytes antimalware.

I have downloaded it several times but it will not open or run. And, every few seconds I get advertisements for porn sites and every few seconds my screen is taken over and I have to click back onto the site to type this message.

How can I get rid of this if I cannot run your program.
