Nod 32 compatibility with Malwarebytes

Quick question is Malwarebytes compatible with this anti-virus. I want to purchase the protection module for Malwarebytes but would like to have verification these APPS. do not conflict. Your response would be appreciated Thank You!

At this time there is no noted conflict with ESET NOD32 that I'm aware of.
