Are there additional command line parameters, other than those listed in the help file?
e.g. Can you do a "full scan" from the command line?

No, but I will add that to the TODO list. It won't be added in the next version because it is already complete, but the version after that.

Is there a log file produced if you scan from the command line (either quick scan or full scan)?

Yes, if you have the setting enabled it will automatically save logs to the logs folder.

It is not creating log files. What I did is create a batch file to run the program ("C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbam.exe" /quickscan) at specified schedule. It was running but no logs under the log file directory (C:\Documents and Settings\user\Application Data\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Logs).
Do I have the correct parameters? Or is this available only on paid version?

Do you have the setting enabled? Show me a screen shot of the settings tab.
