Hi,

Installing this on another customer's PC, this time a Windows 2000 pro laptop.

At the very end of installation it comes up with an error 718 (-2146893799).
Whenever I try to run it, it now shows this error straight away.

Also, when I try to uninstall it, the same error but with a 0 - 718 (-2146893799, 0) appears.

Any suggestions?

Something to do with the cryptographic libraries not being installed correctly. Have you tried installing all of the Windows updates?

Ah yes just checked, he has not even got any service packs at all! I assumed it did.

I'm currently installing service pack 4 + other updates will let you know if it works.

OK after installing SP4 & SR1 update it installed and runs fine. Should have checked that first.
