I first downloaded Malwarebytes last week and got this error. I ran update today. Rebooted and the same error came up, it stopped the startup until I clicked ok. Bluetooth works ok. Malwarebytes scan runs. I can't upload the file with the screenshot of the popup window or paste it here. It is from BLUETOOTH SOFTWARE and it says "Please execute 'setup.exe' for install or upgrade. I had my machine checked by MALWARE FORUM and it is clean. So I don't believe this is caused by malware.

Sounds like Windows Installer is corrupt. Please take a look at this thread.
