Weird file after update

After updating MBM,I got a request from Startup monitor to allow this file.........which I denied.

Is this part of MBM?

Yes it is. It is a temporary file created by the installer that will run only once on reboot. It will register all dependencies Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware requires.
