Would running Spywareblaster and CA Antispyware together cause any problem.

SpywareBlaster does not run, you only run it once and leave it installed. So no, there will not be any problems.

CA Anti-Spyware (eg. Pest Patrol) is utter garbage and @ $40 for a one year subscription it's a rip off. The free version only detects spyware threats; it does not remove them. Even if it were free I would still not recommend anyone waste their time with it. It's even more useless than Ad-Aware. Do yourself a favor and stick with MBAM and other reputable products.

I didn't want to say it, but EliteKiller did it for me ;). I would suggest AntiVir or NOD32 as an anti-virus.
