Registry Values Infected:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\xrt_options (Backdoor.Agent)
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\xrt_id (Backdoor.Agent)

When I delete or quarantine these two objects, they show up as problems on my next Malwarebytes scan. I can't get rid of them.

The log shows that no action was taken. Let's make sure we are all on the same page...

When the mbam scan is finished, a message box will display:
"The scan completed successfully...
  • Click OK to close the message box and continue with the removal process.
  • Click on the Show Results button to see a list of any malware that was found.
  • Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  • When removal is completed, a log report will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to restart your computer.
    (see Note below)
  • The log is automatically saved and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  • Copy the contents of that report to paste into your next reply and exit MBAM.
***Note***
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts. Click OK to allow MBAM to proceed with the disinfection process. If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

Failure to reboot when prompted will prevent MBAM from removing all the malware.

...is this what you did? If not, please scan again following that procedure. If so, please advise so we can move on to the next step. Thanks!

I scanned it and removed them two or three times. I just didn't try to remove it again when I ran Malwarebytes to get a log
