Hi,

A friend's PC was infected with AntiSpyCheck so I used your product to remove it. After finding about 80 infected files I was given the option to quarantine them. When the OS was rebooted it reported an error:

This application failed to start because ole32.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix the problem.

Also:

Userint.exe unable to locate component.

The icons don't appear on the desktop so I can't access windows even in safe mode.

How can I go about reinstating ole32.dll and userint.exe so that windows will boot normally?

Cross fingers that the AntiSpycheck infestation has gone when windows can boot again.
