My apologies if this topic has been addressed previously: I have "update automatically" set for 9 PM each evening and have the program set to "start with Windows," yet no updates come in automatically. I have to do it manually. Any suggestions?

Try uninstalling and reinstalling, that usually fixes it. Also, this will be permanently fixed in a few days when our new protection module is released.
