Version 1.27 (September 8th, 2008)

1. (FIXED) Main window now brought to front when the scan finishes.
2. (ADDED) Function to restore broken SecurityProviders.
3. (ADDED) Associations are now checked for malicious entries.
4. (ADDED) Heuristics for common infections.
5. (ADDED) New mirror to updates.

On my own computer I had no such problems (XP SP3). The other ones did have that entry (along with 82 others).

There was a glitch in the way we corrected this key in the past , this undoes that . The glitch would not cause any problems which is why no one had a bug report for it .

The value being set today is the value that MS installs when you install windows .

This is not actually fixing a problem , only setting a value exactly the way it would be set when windows is installed .

The final beta is done and we are testing it this week .

I would have to say between 7 and 14 days we should have it ready for the public .

I think I have a really dumb question but I really want to know the answer. I have the fastest DSL you can get and my QUICK Scan takes atleast 45 minutes......but everyone elses at the most I have seen is 15 minutes...what the crap. So unfair ;) can someone help on that issue. :unsure:

Correct , all this is , is us correcting a minor glitch .

The glitch has no symptoms and does not actually affect anything , we are just getting data set exactly the way MS sets it .
