Sent emails on this issue. when I DL the latest version of this software as instructed, the software updated, then since i installed it, it will not update again..

How can I use this if it will not update.

It causes FIREFOX to crash as well. When I click the malwarebytes.org tab under the ABOUT TAB firefoxe crashes everytime.

FIREFOX
ZONEALARM
NOSCRIPT
DELL 4600
4Gigs of ram
Broadband connection

I have tried this with Zone Alarm OFF and the same result...

I have disabled Norton as well and it still gas that error message I sent in the email

TH IS THE ERROR MESSAGE I GET ON INSTALL: I have to ignore this for your program to install which it does but that does not address this issue. It it a registration issue?

Can we get this fixed please so I can use the product. I got rid of a registered version of PCTOOLS Spyware Doctor for you guys because you rescued me from ANTIVIRUS XP 2008...
