Windows 7 Pro x64
no hips or BB

In the event viewer:
\??\C:\Windows\SysWow64\drivers\mbamswissarmy.sys has been blocked from loading due to incompatibility with this system. Please contact your software vendor for a compatible version of the driver.

The MBAMSwissArmy service failed to start due to the following error:
This driver has been blocked from loading

Tried a complete uninstall - reboot - install, but the same error message is displayed in event viewer.

Greetings

This is quite normal as mbamswissarmy.sys is a 32 bit driver, which will not load on an x64 system (which is also the reason it is stored in SysWOW64 and not System32).

I gather that logging this error is because it's a beta. I don't recall seeing such error logged before.

Possibly, or it could simply be because the driver was installed and attempted to load after the new version was installed.

I get the same Even Errors with 1.50 Beta. I went back to 1.46 and it also installs the mbamswissarmy.sys file but it does not log any errors. So I am thinking that 1.50 Beta is trying to load this file in error. I am running Win 7 HP 64-bit.

I've confirmed this on my own x64 system. I'll bring this to the attention of the developers. Thanks for pointing it out to us :D.
