Ask about Flash Disinfector

I just try Flash Disinfector from subs.

As noted from malware expert team.

Note: As part of its routine, Flash_Disinfector will create a hidden folder named autorun.inf in each partition and every USB drive that was plugged in when you ran it. Do not delete this folder...it will help protect your drives from future infection by keeping the autorun file from being installed on the root drive and running other malicious files.

After running and inserting a Flash Drive.

On curiosity i want to find the HIDDEN FOLDER named autorun.inf but i cant even find it.

I try show hidden files but cant find autorun.inf on Flash Drive even on C: D: all drives cant locate the autorun.inf?

How to locate the autorun.inf created from Flash Disinfector?

Did you already try Flash Disinfector? because i cant really understand where the autorun.inf created?.

On my understanding ALL HD Drives and Flash drive inserted will have a autorun.inf folder created from FLash Disinfector.....

About your question..

I run the program first then a notice appear please insert a Flash Drive.. that's the time i inserted the flash drive then "Ok" or "Yes" forgot the exact word. Desktop will go blank after its finished.

I have never used Flash Disinfector, as I always manually create autorun.inf in all removable drives. I'd suggest you to please read MS-KB967715
