I'm new at posting to forums, so please excuse my ineptness. First noticed problems following email attachment download. Although attachment expected, I didn't expect the .csv format when .PDF requested. Then, keys began to skip or double-enter on outgoing email only (didn't affect system docs). Now, I'm denied access to most programs, including Avast!, Windows Firewalll, printer, CD/DVD, although PC is a stand-alone system and I'm administer and the only account. Startup programs are blocked and I'm denied permission to change. System Restore and Backups are blocked and backup to DVD failed; CD/DVD-ROM no longer recognized and unable to reinstall. Long-term driver update issues may or may not be related: device manager doesn't recognize new drivers. I've tried downloading several security scans, but very few will install or run. Spybot, Avast, and Malwarebyters show no threats, but PanadaActive Scan (below) lists 7 vulnerabilities. I'm losing system functions quickly, so desparately need help.
