You run the installer and do a scan. Very easy to use.
Update TrendMicro™ HijackThis™
You need to download and install the latest version 2.0.2
 • Download HJTInstall.exe to your desktop.
 • Doubleclick HJTInstall.exe to install HijackThis.
 • By default it will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis .
 • It will create a HijackThis icon on your desktop.
 • Once installed, it will launch HijackThis.
 • Click on the Do a system scan and save a logfile button. It will scan and the log should open in Notepad. Include this log in your next reply.
Just run the requested information as shown in the first post and then supply the logs as requested which are automatically created for you with each of these tools.
We need these logs in order to determine what is going on with your computer.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\adobe reader speed launcher
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\qpservice
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\sunjavaupdatesched
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\zune launcher
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\ituneshelper

they still say Trojan.Lop.H in vendor

what should I do now?

here the resent scan:

There is never a need to use safemode with MBAM unless regular mode cant be reached . I'm not 100% sure but this could have completely removed these files if the scan was done in safemode .

Only way to tell would be to check to see if the programs still wotk .

what should I do about the files in quarantine. Like I said oddly these files still are in quarantine:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\adobe reader speed launcher
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\qpservice
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\sunjavaupdatesched
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\zune launcher
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\ituneshelper

should I try to restore them again? I checked a few of them and they still work.
