corrupted executable file?

MALWAREBYTES doesnt find anything

I had AVG 9 and upgraded to new version and since I upgraded it find C:\WINDOWS\ system32\mfc45.dll

which is a corrupted executable file

Is this a false positive, I have been reading id I delete it its not good as my computer needs it?

can someone help me?

comodo finds this also and i know its a fp as its part of the operating system but i dont know why it gets flaged to what i do is just add it to the exclusions of comodo and that keeps comodo quiet from flaging that file its nothing to worry about
