Auto updated without issues, however i needed two restarts instead of one because EAM (real time at the moment) didn't start the first time. no issues so far.

I surely hope your staff can manage to get those bugs out next time a beta is upgraded to a new version.
In my opinion the 1.50 was released to soon. The 1.46 was perfect and now MBAM seems back on track with the 1.50.1
However, a lot users had to uninstall, clean, reinstall over and over again because of this. No explanation was given it could have been bugs in the program. I hope you guys are aware of that and try to avoid such problems in future.
Regards, Wijllie.

I am glad the bugs that were most common are now removed. Download on Virtual Box.

MBAM up dated on my XP3. All seems well. I clicked on MBAM for a unscheduled scan. I was prompted to update. I agreed and a few minutes after restart all was well. I love my MBAM. I really like the new feature that tells you if the blocked IP addresses are incoming or out going. That is a great feature. Thanks MBAM!!

Since installing the newest version I no longer have "Scan with MBAM" in my explorer context menu. Please advise.

Please start the scanner and go to the Settings tab and uncheck and then recheck the "Create right click context menu" and that should correct it for you.

Thank you for your prompt reply--I wasn't sure which forum to post in. Your suggestion worked perfectly.

As you have invalidated both my licenses the first I was given in the Beta program and the second I purchased through Cleverbridge ID: 2AD28 and I have recommended Malwarebytes to many people I regret I will have to remove Malwarebytes from my systems! :)

Thankfully all my issues have been resolved. :)

The internal update went well.

Thank you, to those that worked on this new the version.

Great news, Kenny!

It is not what you gather but what you scatter that tells what kind of life you have lived.

"Nature's first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf's a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay."

I've just updated Malwarebytes to latest version but AVG AntiVirus is reporting that the core dll file contains a Trojan 'Backdoor13' and automatically blocks it.
I've completely uninstalled Mb and downloaded latest version from your website. Same problem. Tried installing an old version from April (v.1.46) and software installs and runs OK. as soon as I try to update the database I get the same problem.
Andy suggestions would be appreciated. :)

This is a false positive from AVG that is springing up all over the place. Try disabling AVG before installing.:D

Many thanks for the quick reply Buttons.
In the meantime I found this thread http://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?s...st&p=167851 and have modified AVG exclusions and all is now OK.
The procedure for AVG 2011 is slightly different from that listed here, but is quite obvious once you look at it.
Thanks again for your help.
