Anyone seen this error? This machine has some spyware running, but MBAM won't run on it. I have tried an older version as well as 1.30 and manually updating the rules.

Well possibly if you have spyware it's causing the errors. You should go to the malware removal forum and follow the instructions at the top of the page and post your logs.
