You should still leave the symbols. They will show up properly on the Vietnamese locale.

Should I leave the symbol of all strings or button, tab only?
I tested on Vietnamese version of Windows XP, but MBAM GUI with Unicode charater set couldn't displayed normally

Leave all of them. I will have it tested on Windows 7 and will post a screenshot. Thanks!
