Why do you think this is a rogue? I just installed it and it seems fine. Also free.

Not sure if it's a rogue and too big to upload so I posted here for the experts to ascertain it's status.

I'am using it now and having no problems at all. Ran a couple of online scans and the results came up empty. It found some interesting cookies in one non-security forum I belong to.
