I was not sure where to post this, sorry if this is not the right forum.

Where is a good (safe) website to look up IP addresses please?

If I see an address that I don’t know in TCPview, I will Google it to check. I recently found that Google did not come up with any hits on a couple of addresses, so I looked for sites that enabled a person to look them up and find the owner. Upon checking the sites with SiteAdvisor and other sources, I found that there were a lot of complaints and I did not feel safe using them.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I use either of these, then delete the cookies afterwards.

If your a Firefox user there is a DNS toolbar www.westernitgroup.com also and SiteHound http://firetrust.com/ is for both IE and FF and it give the site info.
