Hi there. So I got the XP Antispyware Trojan file and had some troubles getting it off, but I think I did for the most part. Now it appears I have some new spyware.

Internet Explore is very often running in the background with no windows visible. On top of this, I am now getting various spyware popups in Firefox too. When I run in regular mode, Malwarebytes picks up a lot, but in Safe Mode...nothing. Very strange. I am repeatedly running Malware and the spyware keeps coming back.

there is a certain exe file that continually loads and I believe that is what causing the iexplore.exe to open on its own. I will copy the name of the exe file when it reloads again.

it starts with an m, that's all I know.

also, as many times as I've run Malware, it always alerts me that is unable to get rid of the file that is in C:\Disk, I think this is the culprit, but I have no idea how to get rid of it.

Hi Ashley and welcome to Malwarebytes.

Please set your system to show
all files; Click Start.
Open My Computer.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab.
Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm.
Click OK.

Open SB S&D
Make sure you are in Advanced Mode. Click on the Mode link at the top of the program and then Advanced Mode.

Click on the Tools section and then Resident.
You will see two items.
1. Resident "SD helper" (Internet Explorer bad download blocker.) active
2. Resident "Tea Timer" (Protection of over-all system settings.) active.

Uncheck number 2..
Leave number 1 checked always.

You can enable Tea Timer again if you wish once all special fixes have been done.

Now please update MBAM run a quick scan, when it says delete on reboot you must reboot. Post the full log and a new HJT log.

Ashely your not posting the entire MBAM log and you didn't take any action with the malware found. Please update MBAM, run a quick scan, with any extra programs shut down, browsers etc and post the full log. Then post a new HJT log both in one reply please.
