Hi,

Ive been scanning the forums for a solution to this problem but nothing seems to help. Quick scanning is ok but everytime I perform a full scan, it stops randomly around 30 mins into the scan. no error message comes up on the the mbam application, but i get a Windows message saying the program has stopped working. no logs come out on mbam since the program just stops prematurely, but when I checked the Windows error logs I get these same details even on the previous attempts i did in the past several tries:

I have tried several times reinstalling the program and even making sure it's always updated, but it stops in the same manner and the error logs shows the EXACT same thing. pls help...

Hello eisuke,

Let's see if an OTL report can find a solution.
Please Download OTL to your Desktop:

To Use OTL:

Get OTL From HERE
Double click on the icon to run it. Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted.
OTL should now start. Change the following settings
Change Drivers to All
Change Standard Registry to All
Under File Scans, change File age to 30
Click the Run Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.
When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt (first run only). These are saved in the same location as OTL.
Please attach these 2 files in your next reply.
