Will Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware run on Windows 98?

I have been doing a ton of research as to why I can not connect to Windows Update. Instead I get sent to the MSN website. I have been told that the router in the house that I live in has been infested with viruses. I was instructed to use Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to clean up every computer in the house that is using the router. There are three.

One of them is Windows XP. The other is Windows Vista. And the last one is Windows 98.

Although I see on the Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware website that Windows 98 is not one of the supported operating systems.

So my question is: Will Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware run on Windows 98?

It might run but not properly. You may want to give CureIt a try as they do support Windows 9x

The Router though will need to be reset to factory defaults though if that's the case for sure.
