A customer installed & paid for this rogue product. This was after downloading a rogue search redirector add-on for Firefox (not from Mozilla's web site) that showed WOT as listing the product as excellent, when in fact WOT lists the product as dangerous. The infection appeared to act like a rootkit & stopped several services from running. I was unable to clean the rogue with MBAM, but did not try RR as I did not have it with me.

Do you have links or samples you can share? No live links or attached samples here of course but munged links and samples to the upload link.
