Why are these two items being reported?
My research does not indicate they are problems.

What does Bad: (0) Good: (1) mean?

Is this explained anywhere?

MBAM is unhiding those two start menu objects . Malware often does the hiding but so does legit OS mod software . If you have hidden these two objects please use the ignore function to prevent future detection .
