Hello all, this morning a scan revealed 2 infections, the threat is Trojan.FakeGina, the files,

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\SharedDLLs\C:\WINDOWS\system32\RtlGina2.dll (Trojan.FakeGina) -> No action taken.

C:\WINDOWS\system32\RtlGina2.dll (Trojan.FakeGina) -> No action taken.

This file is from the netgear software for a wireless router.I had exactly the same problem with Avira some months back.They changed the status to false positive.

Virus total results

I have not removed the threat, as last time with Avira this caused BSOD, is there a way to upload the file to MalwareBytes.Thank you

Hello and welcome. Please read the instructions here: http://www.malwareby...?showtopic=3228 and post the log in that forum so the developers can have a look and fix it. Thanks.
