It pops up every 10 minutes. There are actually 3 of them.
I will just show dialog boxes as it's easier than explaining it. Here's link to a page with pics of dialog boxes:

They popup one after the other and after last one they stop for about 5 minutes and then start again. Can't find these program in My Computer when I look in system32 directory.
Not very good with Windows so please in plain English. Appreciate any help/
