Downloaded and Installed MBAM v1.31
Downloaded and Installed latest Database
Version: 1442
File Size: 1.63 MB
from here http://www.gt500.org...es/database.jsp
When I try to run MBAM program it errors with RED X
"The database you are using is not supported by this version of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. Download the latest version of the program."
ggggggggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
I find it utterly STUPID and ANNOYING to provide a link to an outdated database file, yet indicating it's the latest.

Latest Database
Download from GT500.org
AND the error message is actually BACKWARDS. I had the latest version of the program and needed the latest version of the database file.
.... STUPIDITY at it's finest and ANNOYING!
After a wasted hour of searching - Thanks to Raid in the forums for posting a viable solution.
cd "Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware"
Inside is the rules.ref file. Copy it and the latest installer from the site to a usb stick. Install to the target PC as you normally would. Then copy the rules.ref file from USB stick to above location, overwriting the one already present.

Very rude of you to come in here and post that, but the link posted should fix it.
