Please allow MBAM to updated to 1.31 and then allow defs to be updated , what you are using is very old and in no way able to deal with this new one .

So, I uninstalled and re-installed Malwarebytes. It seemed to get rid of the runtime errors. It is also updated to the newest version and newest definitions. I ran a scan and below is the new log. The program stated that it removed everything after a restart.
