Not able to run mbam-setup.exe. It starts and then becomes quiet. It is surprising.
Need help. What should I do

Woh. I could not even go to www.malwarebytes.org
I had to reach out to another computer. Download mbam-setup.exe. Wont allow me to install, Everytime I click on mbam-setup.exe, It will start and disappear. I had to rename it Remove.exe and start installation. That allowed me to install malware byte anti malware install.
Once installed, it wont let me click on mbam.exe to check spyware. I renamed it and shortcut properties pointed to renamed exe, ran, which identified the redirecting spyware.
It asked me to reboot and once rebooted the redirection has stopped
