Just a quick query, I try to keep software on my PC as streamlined as possible and so I try not to have too many programs on my PC that I am not likely to use very often at all.

If I were to uninstall Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, what would happen to the infected registry entries and files that are in quarantine?

Cheers,
Will

Greetings :)

They would remain in the Malwarebytes data folders on the system unless deleted manually or unless the program were removed using our special uninstall application which completely removes all traces of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from the system, called mbam-clean.exe. That same tool can be run after MBAM has been uninstalled normally as well in order to clean up the traces (files, folders and registry entries from Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware).
