Plagued by Aspch.exe...help?

My nephew got infected with this thing. Some kind of Antispyware trick, opoup told him he was infected and needed to download/install X to clean it up... big mistake.

Aspch.exe along with swg.exe and updatemgr.exe end up as autoruns, which have proven impossible to kill.

Malwarebytes finds the Aspch.exe only, and deletes it, but its back instantly. Even running under Safe Mode, etc.

Any ideas, anyone figured out a way to stop it?
