I go to run Malwarebytes and it doesn't open. Instead I get a pop up box that says" Error Loading Database Line: #65578.(0). Click ok. When I click ok it just closes and nothing happens.

try reinstalling since the database might have been corrupted

Do This :
Go To Control Panel

Then to Add and Remove Programs

Then find MalwareBytes Anti-Malware and Uninstall it
Then Reinstall it by running the installer again.

You could also try reinstalling the database with this utility.
