the symptoms: can't install/run any anti-virus software can't navigate to any website to scan for viruses tried to forward an email from Outlook 2007 regarding registration of this forum and outlook closed down chkdsk doesn't work properly my Folder Options control panel item is missing

this malware has me really spooked. i need it gone quickly. i have tried renaming mbam-setup.exe both filename and extension but to no avail.
tried running mbam across the network, didn't find anything. i'm running out of options..
i can provide a hijackthis log from WinPatrol if needed..PLEASE HELP!
