Is it possible to set Malwarebytes Not to check jpg & picture during scan ?

You really should update MBAM to the latest version: (1.51.1.1800).

You may then open the "Ignore List" tab and "Add" a folder where the JPEG file resides you wish to not scan. (Not recommended).

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware does not actually check such files by default, it will however verify that such files are not actually executables in disguise, a tactic often used by malware to infect users.
