Need Help Removing MS Juan Trojan!

I have been getting many pop up ads trying to direct me to various sites (go211.com, regcure.com, searchme.com, ETC) and after running superantispyware, ccleaner, spybot, malwarebytes, and ad aware its still there! I am pasting my logs that you requested below, ANY help would be very greatly appreciated!
