Okay, I did the spybot and MBAM programs and have a log report. But now I need to go to a different forum to submit that and future reports? I went to JeanInMontana's forum but wasn't sure what to do. I'm so confused, please give specific insttrustions.
Anyway, here's the MBAM log:

Hello MalFeeZens and Welcome to the Malwarebytes forums.
No problem, you're doing fine. I will try to assist you with cleaning your system.
Issue one I see is that you're running a VERY old version of Adobe Acrobat Reader 5
The older versions of Acrobat Reader had code that was compromised and can allow your system to become infected.
You need to uninstall the old version and if needed update to the latest version from Adobe.
Adobe® Reader®
You can remove the old version by clicking on your START button -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs.
Look for it and click on Remove or Uninstall
If this is the version of MusicMatch that came with the computer then you can also remove it unless you wish to update it and use it.
Then start Hijackthis and do a Scan Only and place a check mark on the following entries.
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [UpdReg] C:\WINDOWS\Updreg.exe
O4 - Startup: PowerReg Scheduler V3.exe
O12 - Plugin for .spop: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\Plugins\NPDocBox.dll
O14 - IERESET.INF: START_PAGE_URL=http://www.dvline.com/support/
O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{7C2E471C-A113-4341-A878-9150CFA3B626}: NameServer = 192.168.1.1
O23 - Service: SessionLauncher - Unknown owner - C:\DOCUME~1\VIDEOE~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\DX9\SessionLauncher.exe (file missing)
Then click on Fix checked
Please click on START - RUN and copy and paste the information below into the box and click OK
Then update MBAM and scan again.
Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
Then RESTART the computer and run HJT Scan and save log.
Post back new fresh MBAM and HJT logs and we'll check it out.
